A friend of mine recommended the Medicine Buddha as a way to combat my chronic pain and fibromyalgia. I've been trying everything -- from western meds to acupuncture. I am also buying a new bed after reading this guide about how fibromyalgia sufferers sleep differently. Without spoiling too much, do you think that Medicine Buddha could help??

The Medicine Buddha visualizations and mantras are intended to go to the root cause of all maladies. They help us to tap into our innate potentials to understand what needs to be done, both in practical terms, but also emotionally. In that regard, Medicine Buddha will not cure your Fibromyalga, but work on your emotions and make your mind clearer as to what daily needs and habits will bring relief.
